To ensure delivery in time for Christmas,
choose the following shipping for all in-stock items: until 12/18:
Ground, until 2pm 12/20: 2nd Day Air, until 2pm Friday, Express
(to most areas).
Except as noted for individual items, The Nature Store ships products
within the U.S. via US Priority Mail or UPS. Ground shipping times
are not guaranteed to residential addresses. Products are normally
shipped within 2 business days after we receive your order. If shipping
will be delayed, we will contact you by email or phone if you do
not provide an email address.
Shipping times cannot include Saturday or Sunday, so keep this
in mind in the shipping delivery calculation. For example, items
ordered Friday with Next Day Air will not ship until Monday and
will not arrive until Tuesday.
Items involving live butterflies or insects CANNOT be shipped outside
the continental U.S. These restrictions are imposed by law.
Products are shipped from Southeastern Pennsylvania. For shipping
to destinations outside the U.S. and Canada, you will be shown an
estimate of the actual shipping charges. We will contact you if
actual shipping charges exceed the estimate.
HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
We realize that it's most convenient to shop early for the holiday
season. In an effort to make your life less stressful, we have extended
our return policy for the holidays. All orders placed between Nov.
1 - Dec. 24 can be returned until Jan. 31, 2008
for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions listed

satisfied, simply return it to us for credit, a full refund, or
exchange. If the return is because of an error on our part or a
defective item, we will pay for shipping the returned item.

Your return must meet the following conditions:
* The item must be in original packaging
* It must be packaged well enough to prevent damage
Please include a copy of your receipt. If your purchase was paid
with a credit card, a credit memo for that amount will be issued
to your credit card company. If paid by check, a refund check will
be sent to you.
Items as noted are not returnable. Such items include the Commercial
Butterfly Breeders Manual.
International orders from the following countries must pay with
Visa or Mastercard through our Paypal option upon checkout. We can
only ship your order to the address of your Visa or Mastercard account.
We will not ship to a different address.
Orders from any other country must pay with a certified check drawn
from a US bank. Payments should be sent with a copy of your invoice

Due to U.S. and international regulations, your package may be
subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must
be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country

Customs forms for international packages will list the value of
your order's contents by product type. If the order is a gift, it
